Highlights
Heavy snowfall made for a 2.5 percent decline in ICSC-Goldman's same-store sales index in the February 9 week. The report says the snowfall hurt sales of discretionary goods though it did increase sales of basics and gave a boost to grocery stores, wholesale clubs and drug stores. Redbook will post its weekly results later this morning at 8:55 a.m. ET.
