Stocks showed little reaction with the Dow, ending at 19,885, posting a fractional loss on the day and a 0.4 percent loss on the week. Treasuries sold off in early technical trading before trimming losses by day's end. The 10-year yield ended 3 basis points lower on the week at 2.39 percent with the dollar index down 0.9 percent on the week at 101.24.
