The Dow posted its 9th straight record close, though just barely with a 0.2 percent gain to 20,775. Existing home sales lead the day's economic data, posting solid increases despite very few homes on the market and pulling up what had been the weaker side of the housing sector. In FOMC minutes from the January meeting, Fed officials weren't quite ready to raise rates or talk about winding down their balance sheet, though they indicated they would be at the March meeting. Oil moved below $54 while the dollar index edged 0.2 percent lower to 101.21. Interest rates were little changed.
