Markets opened the week quietly with the Dow posting a fractional gain to 20,658. Comments from Janet Yellen, including that the labor market isn't quite at full employment, followed after the close.
Oil rose more than 50 cents to test the $53 level late in the session. Tensions over North Korea gave a slight bid to Treasuries where the 10-year yield fell 3 basis points to 2.36 percent. The dollar and gold were little changed.
