The Dow rallied 0.7 percent to end at 20,804 and trim the week's loss at only 0.4 percent. But new risks tied to the outlook for the Trump administration and its economic policies is reflected in the dollar and bonds. The dollar index fell a sharp 2.1 percent on the week while the 10-year yield, in a sign of safe-haven demand, fell a sizable 10 basis points to 2.23 percent. Economic news in the session was light but the news in the week is mixed, with manufacturing up but housing starts data down.
